The presented offer of Netia S.A.: 'Choose 3-month discount (CU, PON, HFC, ETTH)' applies when concluding an Agreement for a fixed term of 24 full Billing Periods, while simultaneously using discounts for e-invoice (PLN 5) and marketing consents (PLN 5). If the customer resigns or fails to meet the conditions for the discounts, the price will increase by PLN 10. An activation fee of PLN 79 for Internet and PLN 2 for Television will be charged with the first invoice. After 24 months, the subscription fee increases by PLN 10. 'Szybki Internet Max (300, 600, 1000, 2000)' is a marketing name only. The Internet service is based on quality parameters resulting from the maximum technical parameters of the technology in which the Internet Service is provided or from the offer's technical line settings. The 2 Gb/s speed is available on PON technology. The parameters of the Internet Service, in particular speed parameters and the impact of other Services on the Internet Service, are available at netia.pl.

+Which Internet speeds are available?
The configurator supports five fixed speeds: 150, 300, 600, 1000, and 2000 Mbps. The maximum (2 Gbps) is available on PON. Actual availability depends on the technology at your address.+What's the difference between TV packages S, M, and L?
S “Coś na Start” is the basic choice, M “Najpopularniejszy” adds more channels (sports, movies), L “Dla Wymagających” is the richest package. Full channel list is on the Channel List page.+Which add-ons can I add?
The configurator supports: Multiroom (standard and 4K), Giga Nagrywarka Maxi, Bezpieczny Internet, static IP, premium channels (HBO + MAX, Canal+ Select/Prestige, Eleven Sports, Polsat Sport Premium, FilmBox, Cinemax, Adult, Kids, Ukraine), and streaming Disney+ and SkyShowtime.+How do 5G mobile services work?
Three 5G plans: SUPER (60 GB PL + 8.5 GB EU roaming, 30 PLN after 6 months at 0), VIP (100 GB + 11 GB, 40 PLN), GIGA (200 GB + 15 GB, 60 PLN). All with unlimited domestic calls/SMS, 24-month contract, no activation fee.+Can I change the package during the contract?
Speed upgrades or TV add-ons (e.g. premium channels) are allowed without extending the contract. Downgrades may have additional conditions — check with a consultant.+Is installation paid?
Yes — there is a one-time activation fee (separate line items for Internet, TV, Multiroom, mobile, and HBO Max). The configurator sums activation for selected services under “One-time activation fee”.
