Who exactly is Netia? — without PR jargon
Netia has been operating since the 1990s and is one of the largest telecom operators in Poland. It began as R.P. Telekom, building local voice networks, later adding broadband internet, IPTV and modern fiber technologies.
Today, Netia is part of the Polsat Plus Group and serves residential, business and institutional customers, relying primarily on its extensive fiber infrastructure, supplemented — where needed — by lines leased from other operators.

Netia internet technologies – PON, ETTH and HFC
PON – fiber to the apartment (FTTH)
The most advanced technology, where the fiber line runs directly to the customer’s unit.
ETTH – fiber to the building, Ethernet to the apartment

Netia TV – IPTV with features traditional cable TV doesn’t offer
Netia’s TV service works only together with fixed internet because it uses IPTV technology. Channels are delivered as a data stream, which brings several advantages:
